Flynas will offer three weekly flights between Moscow's Vnukovo International Airport and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. This launch follows the successful introduction of flights connecting Moscow with Riyadh in August, marking the first scheduled service between Russia and Saudi Arabia by a Saudi airline. By expanding its network, flynas aims to enhance its presence in the Russian market, providing more convenient options for travelers between the two countries.

This new service will not only strengthen business and cultural ties between Saudi Arabia and Russia but also offer increased accessibility for Russian tourists wishing to visit Saudi Arabia. The new Moscow-Jeddah route is expected to help boost the tourism industry in Saudi Arabia, which is becoming a growing destination for both leisure and business travelers from Russia.

The Moscow-Jeddah route plays a vital role in flynas' mission to connect the world to Saudi Arabia. This initiative is a key component of the National Civil Aviation Strategy, which aims to establish Saudi Arabia as a leading global aviation hub by connecting the Kingdom to 250 international destinations, handling 330 million passengers annually, and welcoming 150 million tourists by 2030.

The service is also aligned with the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP), designed to streamline travel for those visiting the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina. As Saudi Arabia works to diversify its economy and promote tourism, expanding air connectivity is crucial in making the Kingdom more accessible for international visitors, particularly for those undertaking religious pilgrimages.

Flynas continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the aviation sector with the launch of the Moscow-Jeddah route. With over 2,000 weekly flights to more than 70 destinations across 30 countries, flynas has already carried over 80 million passengers since its inception in 2007. The airline's plans to expand to 165 domestic and international destinations are part of its long-term strategy to provide reliable and affordable air travel options worldwide.

The Moscow-Jeddah route is part of a collaborative effort between flynas, the Saudi Tourism Authority, and the Air Connectivity Program, aimed at boosting tourism to Saudi Arabia. Through joint marketing initiatives, the partnership seeks to raise awareness of Saudi Arabia as a tourist destination, attracting international travelers, particularly from Russia, to explore the Kingdom's diverse attractions and cultural heritage.

Flynas is expanding its network with a new Moscow-Jeddah route, supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by enhancing aviation connectivity and boosting international tourism. This move aligns with the Kingdom's goals to strengthen global ties and promote economic growth through increased tourism.
